Bringing Hope to the San Fernando Valley
Community Helpers of San Fernando Valley's member volunteers are dedicated to uplifting children from underserved communities, hospital patients, assault victims, and the unhoused through compassionate programs. Our mission is to foster dignity and hope across our community.
Over the Past 5 Years Our Programs Have Provided

Kids' Kits delivered to hospitals for children awaiting services.

Students across 33 elementary schools served with clothing, sweatshirts and hygiene kits through our Support Our Schools (SOS) program.

Kids Kits
We provide activity kits to children awaiting medical treatment, helping to ease their anxiety and bring a smile during difficult times.
Bear Buddies
Our teddy bear program brings comfort to children and adults in traumatic situations offering a sense of companionship and warmth.
Support Our Schools (SOS)
We supply clothing and hygiene kits to students in 33 San Fernando Valley schools, ensuring that every child has access to the essentials they need to thrive.
Center for Assault Treatment Services (CATS)
We provide basic clothing to victims of assault receiving treatment when the victim’s clothing has been kept as evidence.
Kits for the Homeless
Our Hygiene Kits Program provides essential items for health and personal care for people experiencing unstable housing.

As President of the Board of Directors for Community Helpers of San Fernando Valley, I am honored to be part of an organization that connects those wanting to help and those in need, turning compassion into action. We proudly meet the needs in our community ensuring we remain a cornerstone for many, many years to come.
Along with your donation, we raise funds at events including our annual Authors' Brunch, last held in April 2025 at the Woodland Hills Hilton Hotel.
